Join us! We take an interdisciplinary approach to understand problems in geomicrobiology, thus there are research opportunities in fields ranging from molecular biology and genomics to biogeochemistry. Interactions with the Mineralogy and Materials Science Research Group are common and facilities include the Electron Microbeam Analysis Laboratory (EMAL), The University of Michigan DNA Sequencing Core, and the Collaborative Computing Data Unit.
